Wetland Restoration Project Update: Circle Lake Wildlife Management Area

We are moving forward with an important wetland restoration project at the Circle Lake Wildlife Management Area. This site, which originally underwent wetland restoration in the late 1970s, has experienced significant infrastructure failure.

Outdoor Heritage Fund Clean Water, Land and Legacy_Scott - Le Sueur Waterfowlers.png

Funding for many of the Scott - Le Sueur Waterfowlers projects was provided from the Outdoor Heritage Fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature and recommended by the Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC) to restore, protect, and enhance Minnesota's wetlands, prairies, forests, and habitat for fish, game, and wildlife.
